I work with founders and business owners to turn ideas into profitable products and scalable brands. Drawing from my experience building AccuBow, Ozcut Broadheads, and Tectonic USA, I provide hands-on guidance in product development, sourcing, branding, and go-to-market strategy.
Whether you’re refining a prototype, preparing for retail, or building operational systems, my focus is on execution—helping you move faster, avoid costly mistakes, and grow with confidence.
Work with me to take your concept from idea to market-ready success.
My Story
I’ve always had a passion for the outdoors and a drive to create. After earning my degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Illinois, I found myself drawn not to traditional engineering, but to solving real-world problems through invention and innovation. That passion led me to co-found AccuBow with my business partner, Cody Grandadam, more than a decade ago. What began as an idea for a better archery training tool became a global product used by athletes, hunters, and archery enthusiasts everywhere.
Building on that success, I went on to found Ozcut Broadheads and Tectonic USA, continuing my pursuit of designing products that combine performance, durability, and innovation. My journey has been fueled by curiosity and the belief that great ideas—when paired with relentless effort—can change industries.
Today, I’m focused on sharing what I’ve learned with other entrepreneurs who want to bring their own ideas to life. Through my work and experiences, I hope to inspire others to take risks, think creatively, and chase the visions that drive them forward.
